Cancellation and Return Policy

Cancellation: Please send us an email to cancel an order or call us. You will receive 100% of your funds if the item is not delivered to you already.

Customers must notify Mbenzgram by email if they wish to cancel any order or cancel by logging into their account, or the chargeback will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, and cancel the order at any time.

A formal cancellation must be submitted to cancel an order otherwise the order cannot be charged back.

Returns: Mbenzgram only accepts returns within 30 days of the date of delivery. Returned items must be new, unused, and in resalable condition with all pieces included. All returns are subject to approval by Mbenzgram. Mbenzgram may refuse returns on any Special Order items or any other item if damaged. Return shipping is the responsibility of the client. All return shipments must be insured, and the client must file any loss/damage claims. When approved for inspection, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued, which must be clearly noted on the shipping waybill and packaging. Returns sent to any other facility other than the warehouse listed on the RMA will result in delayed credit processing times. Mbenzgram will refuse any incoming shipments without an RMA number. Mbenzgram applies a repackaging fee of $10 to any returns received without acceptable packaging.

International Return: Customs must be paid by the client, and if not paid and not released from customs they are responsible for that charge or the cost of the item.

Just return any new or unused part within 30 days and we'll refund the purchase price.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Parts that indicate evidence of being used, installed, handled, packaged, or shipped improperly
  • Custom-ordered products
  • Hazardous materials (antifreeze, paint, etc)
  • Wheels and/or tires, after having been mounted

Notes

  • When returning an item, please place the original package we sent you inside a new box to send back to us.
  • Returns are subject to inspection of the condition of the item.
  • Returns that are must be processed within 30 days of delivery of products and will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • If you received free product or a special offer as a result of a deal on the product you are returning, you must also return the free product or offer.

Restocking Fee:

Purchase Orders

All purchase orders must be in hard copy form (mail, fax, or e-­‐mail) and use the appropriate part numbers. Mbenzgram cannot accept verbal purchase orders unless the verbal purchase order authorization is submitted.

 

Drop Shipments

All drop shipment addresses must be submitted in writing on a purchase order. All drop shipments must be prepaid, and you are responsible for any fees, including reshipment, due to customer refusal, address error, etc.

 

Special Orders

Items designated as Special Order can be cancelled by informing MBENZGRAM before shipping. Returned Special Order items are subject to a 10% special order return fee if they were shipped already. Charge backs are not accepted for special orders without a formal cancellation with MBENZGRAM.

 

Backorders

If orders are placed on items currently out of stock, these items are considered “backorders”.

  • Payment is processed at the time the order is placed
  • Items will be automatically shipped out as soon as the manufacturer restocks them

 

Pricing

Manufacturer’s Policies: Certain manufacturers have polices on advertising, sales, and pricing which must be adhered to. As a distributor for these brands, Mbenzgram is obligated to enforce these policies and inform our accounts. Once informed, we expect you to adhere to these polices.

Prices are always subject to change without notice, and pricing errors are not the responsibility of Mbenzgram. If a pricing error occurs, we will either refund the order in full, or give the client the option to pay the difference. Discounts are based on initial purchase and quarterly sales volume, and can be changed at any time at Mbenzgram’s discretion. If a change in your discount levels occurs, we will notify you. Mbenzgram will post manufacturer's price changes in the 'News' section of the website in order to keep clients up-­‐to-­‐date.

 

Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused and is returned to Mbenzgram by the carrier, the client will be billed any return shipment fees as well as the cost to resend the shipment. This includes shipments where the carrier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts.

 

Damage Claims/Shipment Shortages: 

The recipient of the shipment must report all damage and loss claims within 24 hours of receipt. Mbenzgram will provide all necessary documentation as well as initiate the claim with the carrier. The recipient must keep all packing materials so the carrier can inspect them. Mbenzgram accepts zero responsibility for clients and/or their customers who misplaced or discarded the packaging of a damaged shipment. After reporting the loss/damage with the carrier, contact Mbenzgram immediately with pictures of the damaged item(s) and packaging to proceed with the claim.

 

Off-Road Only Use/Emissions Regulations:

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all products sold by Mbenzgram, Inc. are designated Race Only and are solely for competition/off road use limited to racing formally sanctioned by a recognized racing organization. Any other use, including recreational off-­‐ road use, may be in violation of local, state, or federal laws. Mbenzgram does not implicitly or explicitly confirm the legality of using any products it sells on public roads; that is entirely the responsibility of the consumer. Mbenzgram tries to make this information available whenever possible, but when in doubt, clients should review the legality of products prior to purchase.

We assume customers know/abide by federal and local restrictions regarding the modifications they make to their vehicle. MBenzGram will not be held liable for any consequences of a failure to comply with local/federal laws and regulations.

 

Liability Statement:

MBenzgram’s liability for losses/damages is limited to the full refund of the products purchase price. MBenzgram shall not be held liable for consequential/incidental damages.

 

California Air Resources Board (CARB) Requirements:

CARB laws apply to parts dealing with vehicle emissions. Please refer to the section on Offroad-Only Use/Emission Regulations for more information.

 

Information Access:

Mbenzgram provides many advanced internet-­‐based features to our customers. Access to these resources is a privilege which can be revoked for infractions, which include sharing your login information with individuals outside of your company, forwarding newsletters and information intended only for the recipient outside of your company, sending ‘screen shots’ and other such information to individuals outside of your own company, and providing invoices to anyone outside your organization. This agreement pertains to your company and Mbenzgram; the information should not be shared with third parties. Doing so will result in a full revocation of web access, possible reduction of discounts, and/or termination of dealings.

 

Shipping Policy:

Inspect your shipment upon arrival! Report any damage or shipping related breakage immediately to the carrier. Used items still under manufacturers warranty may have to be inspected by a factory representative before a refund or exchange can be authorized.

Mbgram, like other businesses, is not immune to the unique challenges offered by the global Covid-19 pandemic. During this time your order may take longer to arrive due to shipper and supplier delays. Free Shipping 

Mbenzgram uses UPS / Fedex / Ontrac / for shipping domestically in USA. UPS/ DHL for international shipments. Signature is required on some packages upon delivery. A tracking will be sent by email or text.

  • Our warehouses ship orders Monday – Friday. We do not ship on weekends or the following national holidays:

    • Memorial Day
    • 4th of July
    • Labor Day
    • Thanksgiving Day
    • Christmas Day
  • Please plan ahead when ordering for holidays or special events.

Indemnification: 

Dealer shall defend, hold harmless, and indemnify Distributor from and against all suits, claims, losses, costs and expenses, even if such claims are groundless, fraudulent or false, arising out of any actual or alleged injury or death to any person, damage to any property, or any other damage or loss, any fine or penalty, resulting in whole or in part from: (1) any alleged or actual breach of any representation or warranty described in this agreement, (2) any design or construction defect in a Product supplied to Distributor by Company, (3) or any breach of local, state, or federal laws or standards.
