Accounting Positions

Specialist - Tax & Accounting:

• Oversight and management of foreign VAT reporting and returns ensuring returns are completely accurately and on time, reporting to the Director, Financial Control & Planning
• Detailed working knowledge of sales tax rules and regulations in the multiple jurisdictions that Mbgram operates
• Direct liaison with Sponsors and the Mbgram internal tax function to ensure indirect tax compliance, minimise risk and maximise indirect tax recovery
• Assist the Finance Manager in the preparation of year end accounts and Tax pack information
• Management of Mbgram’s sales ledger, ensuring invoices are raised accurately and in a timely fashion and outstanding debt is cleared quickly and efficiently
• Management of Mbgram’s Suppliership agreements, ensuring accurate offset invoicing to reflect the value of goods and services received enabling Mbgram to track and record the value derived from each relationship
• Reconciliation of hotel bills including identification and billing of recharges
• On-going analysis of financial trends on a project by project basis. This will require working closely with the business partnering teams to identify areas that require further investigation e.g. travel and expenses
• Ad hoc financial duties as requested
